Should bars continue to have an exception to the Montana Clean Indoor Air Act? Add Answer

The final piece of the 2005 Montana Clean Indoor Air Act goes into effect at the end of September, when many bars, which had an exception, must comply with the law and get rid of smoking. Do you agree with this? Or should bars be able to apply for continued exception?

I agree with getting rid of smoking

If people want to continue to pollute their lungs and end up dying of cancer of the lungs then by all means keep smoking. But because I like to go to places where people smoke I have to suffer from stinking like cigarette smoke and end up having a hard time breathing. If a person wants to smoke that bad go... It should be a choice smokeing or nion smoking If you don't like the smoke go to a nonsmoking bar 'and do really think being exposed to a few hours of secind hand smoke is worse for you than the alcohol your consuming? Pleeeze
