The best coverage nationwide, and the folks who work at the Eastgate location are friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues that weren't resolved quickly.

Verizon is shipping the Palm Pre Plus and Palm Pixi Plus smartphones starting Monday January 25. IMHO - phones in the same league as Apple's iPhone available here.
